Jennifer Gibson-Heath Wins 2024 Supernova Award

The Supernova Award represents our company’s pinnacle in individual achievement. The award, chosen through anonymous voting of their peers, is presented to the standout team member of the year by our Executive Team during the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Memory Gala, a night dedicated to celebrating those who excel in their profession, foster a culture of compassionate professionalism and positive leadership, and put people first, always.

This year, we are proud to congratulate our Lifestyle Advisor, Jennifer Gibson-Heath, as the recipient of the 2024 Homestead Hills Supernova Award. As a Lifestyle Advisor, she assists prospective Members and their families in navigating the various factors involved in the crucial decision of selecting an appropriate retirement community. Jennifer’s role is to ensure that each individual who consults with her finds a retirement solution that aligns with their unique needs and preferences.

Growing up in the senior living industry was a unique experience for Jennifer, as her mother was a nurse who dedicated her career to caring for older adults. The passion and dedication to providing the best possible care for her patients inspired Jennifer to pursue a career in the same field. This passion for helping others led her to Homestead Hills, where she is able to combine her knowledge and experience in the industry with her love for the community. At Homestead Hills, Jennifer empathizes with those who are navigating their way through this journey and provides them with the guidance and support they need to make informed decisions about their future.
